I have been a customer of wildflower for 5 years and have constantly recommended to everyone i know to bring their business here due to their quality of work and how great it has always been. (Not anymore) The pictures shown are a bouquet i bought for my significant other for our anniversary. I was under the impression that i was getting a bouquet of beautiful flowers to celebrate a wonderful day. Unfortunately i was wrong in so many ways. Below is also a picture of what my significant other received. I have called to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment in the quality of work that was presented and got the reply that "the quality of flowers that were sent were better then what was posted on our website". Theres not as many flowers as posted online and just hands down not what i purchased. I am so disappointed in Wildflower for making me look like a fool infront of my significant others place of work and family. I was refunded the order but this does not change the fact that they basically tried to SCAM me and made me look a fool on the day of our anniversary. I will never return to spend hard earned money at this business who obviously doesnt care about ensuring that thei

I've been a loyal customer of Wildflowers for years, it's my go-to for all family events and celebrations. My family is always impressed with the quality and beauty of the arrangements. In fact, my grandma personally calls Wildflowers every time she receives a bouquet because she loves them so much! So, when it came to planning our May 2025 wedding, it was an easy decision for James and me to have Sean and his incredible team design our floral arrangements. From the moment you walk into their beautifully curated store, where you’ll want to smell every candle (at least I do) and admire every piece of decor, you know you're in good hands. We gave Sean a few inspiration photos and our color palette but otherwise trusted his team’s creative expertise. The flowers completely exceeded our expectations!! Sean is not only a true professional but also a floral mastermind. He guided us through every step, answered all our questions, and brought our vision to life in the most magical way. We were especially lucky that Sean joined us for our venue walkthrough in Manhattan a few days before the wedding. Visited Wildflowers for the first time yesterday and was greeted by the sweetest people ever. So welcoming and eager to help you choose the perfect gift for your occasion. They had beautiful merchandise. I’ll definitely be keeping them in mind for future purchases.

Been going to Wildflowers for many years beginning with Sean arranging our wedding flowers. He and his staff are extremely talented and friendly. Today, he held a class in arranging a personal bouquet with many different flowers to choose from. I would highly recommend stopping in since he also has an array of many gifts including Nest candles, plates, picture frames and so much more!!

I absolutely do not recommend wildflowers on Staten Island. I ordered a bouquet for 70th birthday and a completely different bouquet was delivered, the bouquet was small and not in a rectangular basket as ordered, but in a vase. I didn't even receive any reply to my email and complaint very disappointed!!!
